Phil Carter

Phil has been a lifelong fan of Jimi and his music, attributing him as his main musical influence. Having immersed himself in his father’s 60’s / 70’s eclectic vinyl collection at a very early age, Phil has gone on to play in various original projects, tributes, live and recording sessions and also teaches privately. Phil’s blend of dynamics, versatility and improvisation brings a live and open interpretation to Jimi’s music, as heard through Are You Experienced?
